Recycled Fibers
The use of 100% recycled material means that up to 70% carbon emissions are saved producing the fibers, compared to virgin polyester.
Transforming used plastic bottles (post-consumer) and used clothes (post-consumer) into high-performing recycled fiber (rPET) reduces our carbon footprint and addresses the root cause of ocean pollution, and reduces the impact of textile production and waste on the environment!
Fiberfill:
The three-dimensional crimp, combined with the hollow, gives superior resilience and insulates the final product. Hollow conjugated polyester fibers (HCS) and solid fibers are widely used in fiberfill.
Nonwovens:
Wide range of Bio PET staple fibers, which has been developed for wipes used in different industries, electronics, and printing, as well as pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and medical, patient cleaning, and general care.

Virgin Fibers
Fiberfill:
The three-dimensional crimp, combined with the hollow, gives superior resilience and insulates the final product. Hollow conjugated polyester fibers (HCS) and solid fibers are widely used in fiberfill
Nonwovens:
Wide range of Bio PET staple fibers, which has been developed for wipes used in different industries, electronics, and printing, as well as pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and medical, patient cleaning, and general care.
Spinning:
We supply polyester staple fibers worsted, open-end or conventional ring spinning

PrimaLoft® Bio™
While its high durability means it’s built to last, its ability to return to natural elements in marine, waste water and landfill environments directly combats microplastic pollution. Circular-enabled fibers mean PrimaLoft® Bio™ can be chemically recycled, again and again, while maintaining the same high performance.
PrimaLoft® Bio™ is a first-of-its-kind technology that enables synthetic fibers to return to nature. PrimaLoft® Bio™ represents a holistic solution for every step of a product’s continued journey. The use of 100% recycled material means that up to 70% carbon emissions are saved producing the fibers, compared to virgin polyester.
- Our PrimaLoft® Bio™ ADL fibers for Acquisition Distribution Layer perform better than the standard PET ADL fibers.
- Hollow and solid fibers for the bedding and apparel industry.
- We supply high-performance fibers for needlepunch, thermobonding, fiberfill, combined with innovation, durability, and comfort.
- High-performance polyester staple fibers suitable for use in automotive applications, including engine compartments, headliners, and interiors
- Staple fibers meet high quality, acoustic, safety, and environmental requirements, as specified in the automotive industry

PolyPlant®
PolyPlant® is new innovative fiber that looks, feels, and acts like polyester. A fiber that shares the well-known and widely appreciated qualities of polyester, while not sharing its negative impact on the environment.
PolyPlant® is a biobased fiber made from sugarcane. It is biodegradable* in landfill and ocean water, it can be composted, and it is fully recyclable. The results in a significant improvement in circularity compared to traditional oil based polyester.
• 100% bio-based
• Non-toxic and safe
• Recyclable and renewable
• 75% Reduced Carbon Footprint (compared with virgin PET)
• Moisture-wicking, UV resistance, and flame retardancy
• Soft and Comfortable
• Biodegradable
*Biodegradable PolyPlant® products are designed to fully compost in nature, leaving no microplastic residue. The advanced technology transforms plant materials into robust, durable resins and engineered biocomposites, which can be composted and repurposed. These innovative solutions are derived from plants, mainly carbohydrates. PolyPlant® is ASTM6866 tested for natural origins and ISO14855 certified for ultimate aerobic biodegradation.
ASTM6866 certification: tested and verified to have a substantial portion of its composition derived from natural origins. It provides assurance that the product’s ingredients are fully sourced from renewable resources rather than fossil fuels or synthetic chemicals. This certification is important for products that claim to be environmentally friendly or sustainable, as it demonstrates a commitment to reducing the reliance on non-renewable resources in their production.
ISO14855 certification: rigorously tested and verified for its ability to undergo ultimate aerobic biodegradation. This certification demonstrates that the product can be naturally broken down by microorganisms in the presence of oxygen, resulting in the production of carbon dioxide (CO2), water, and nutrients. Essentially, it confirms that the product has the capacity to biodegrade efficiently in aerobic environments, contributing to reduced environmental impact and waste management.
