KOLLAMAT Compound
Kollamat® - a sustainable and high-quality compound made from leather fibers, additives and polymers
Properties:
Kollamat® combines the haptic and moisture-regulating properties of leather with the processing properties of high-quality polymers. Kollamat® forms a warm, unique surface and is variable in strength and hardness.
Possibilities:
Kollamat® offers a variety of manufacturing processes and product classes. Depending on the application and area of use, it can be combined with various additives such as flame retardants, UV stabilizers, talcum, processing aids or masterbatches.
Sustainability:
Kollamat® is produced with comparatively low energy consumption and substitutes up to 65% of plastics by mass. It can be produced partially or completely biologically for a wide range of applications.

ODP-N - The moisture-regulating fertilizer pellet made from purely organic natural fibres
Properties
The ODP-N is an organic fertilizer pellet made from upcycled collagen fibres with a built-in long-term effect. The fertilizer is suitable for almost all plants. In its pure form, ODP-N is the ideal nitrogen fertilizer (N = 11 %) and also serves to promote soil life. It also bridges fluctuations in the water balance thanks to its moisture-regulating effect. Thanks to its unique structure, the fertilizer pellet can absorb a large amount of its own weight in water within minutes and release it back into the soil over a period of weeks. ODP-N is produced without any pelleting aids, additives or polymer layers and is processed sustainably and gently using a special process.
Possibilities
ODP-N is FiBL-listed and therefore certified for organic farming (Naturland Germany, Ecovin Germany, Betriebsmittelliste Deutschland, EU organic legislation).
For larger requirements, the ODP-N can be easily distributed using a spreader with a medium throwing distance. Depending on the substrate, moisture and temperature, the fertilizer pellet provides initial basic fertilization. The actual release of nitrogen begins after around three months and has a long-lasting, stable and continuous effect. The consistently linear release enables the nitrogen to be calculated quickly and easily. Thanks to its depot effect, ODP-N is ideal for autumn fertilization or stock fertilization.
Sustainability
ODP-N works without additives based on polymers and wax layers. By using upcycled collagen fibers, no new resources are wasted in the production process. The pellet is manufactured and packaged in Europe. The special and gentle manufacturing process is extremely low in energy compared to synthetic fertilizers and does not require the addition of water. Thanks to this process, pelleting aids or additives are not necessary.

Characteristics
Possibilities
We start where sound and noise occur. As long as our fibers can be blown in, acoustics and thermal insulation can be improved. Imagine this potential in interiors: As walls, filled cushions or panels, these reduce disruptive sound sources in the simplest possible way. CALOR is the right product both retrospectively and in production or product design, as it is a cavity-filling and contour-following insulating material.
Sustainability
Our blow-in insulation consists of a special, helix-shaped leather fiber that can be processed homogeneously. This makes it possible to combine acoustic and thermal insulation. Due to its natural properties, our fiber is self-extinguishing even without chemical additives and does not continue to burn without external energy. The moisture-regulating properties ensure a pleasant indoor climate - all year round. No new resources are required or used. We use one hundred percent upcycled leather fibers - directly from the resulting process. The special processing of the fibers does not require any water and is designed to be as energy-efficient as possible. We produce and store CALOR in Europe in order to reach our customers as quickly as possible - without long transportation routes.

GRETA - The plant pot that turns into fertilizer
Properties
The 100% biodegradable plant pot is created by upcycling collagen fibers and hemp shives. No plant suffers a transplant shock when planted together with the pot. The pot can be rooted by the plant even before it decomposes. GRETA is moisture-regulating and fertilizes the plant with important nitrogen in the initial phase during decomposition.
Possibilities
Greta is the ideal growing pot for herbs, fast-growing vegetables and ornamental plants. The pot protects the roots and ensures rapid growth. In addition, buying plants already grown in our GRETA also conserves finite resources. The plant pots remain stable over a long period of time with automatic drip irrigation.
Sustainability
By reusing recycled natural fibers, GRETA contributes to the responsible use of natural resources. Outdoors, the plant pot decomposes within a few months in an ideal environment. Thanks to the use of regional hemp hurds for reinforcement and our collagen fiber, GRETA is free of plastic. The use of industrial by-products and regional production facilities means that resources are conserved and delivery routes are short.
