ANDROPOL S.A. is a leading manufacturer of fabrics in Europe. We offer a range of products used for a variety of utility purposes.
ANDROPOL S.A. is a leader in the manufacture of uniform fabrics for the Polish Army, Police, Border Guard, Fire Service, and foreign military customers. The fabrics manufactured by Andropol not only meet the highest quality standards, as defined in the criteria of the Ministry of National Defence, the Ministry of Interior and NATO, but also perform well in special combat conditions.
ANDROPOL S.A. production boasts multi-purpose fabrics used as an outer layer of special clothing for firefighters. We use aramid and PBI fibres. We cooperate with DuPont, using, inter alia, the Nomex® Tough blend, INVISTA (Cordura). ANDROPOL S.A. fabrics meet EN 469 and EN 15614 standards after 25 washing cycles.
We also manufacture other protective fabrics: anti-electrostatic (compliant with the EN 1149-5 standard), acid- and lye-resistant (EN 13034), designed for rental clothing. We manufacture fabrics used for helmets, bulletproof vests, and ballistic shields. We use DuPont KEVLAR fibres. We offer ready-made PRE-PREG.
In 2022, we introduced a new technology for the production of coated fabrics and laminates at the plant. The installed ZIMMER line allowed us to significantly expand our product range.
The unique parameters of the fabrics are achieved thanks to advanced manufacturing technologies and the use of professional chemicals.
The Integrated Quality and Environmental Management System Implemented in Accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 is a guarantee of the highest quality, stability, and repeatability of manufacture.

The fabric is intended for firefighters’ protective clothing for firefighting and for protective clothing used in fires in open spaces. It is made of a special fibre blend developed by DuPont (Nomex® Tough) specially designed for firefighters’ protective clothing (Nomex 75%, Kevlar 23%, antistatic fibre P140 2%).
The ripstop weave guarantees high tensile strength and tear strength. The hydrophobic finish protects the garment from soaking up water and liquid chemicals.

A blended fabric composed of PA 6.6 50% (from INVISTA, the owner of the CORDURA brand) and CO 50%. Thanks to the raw material, it has very high physical and mechanical parameters. High tensile strength, tear strength, and abrasion resistance parameters, unattainable for other blends of synthetic fibres with cotton. The fabric is intended for very durable protective clothing, including clothing for uniformed services. CORDURA® brand product.

THORAX – para-aramid fabric intended for the production of light ballistic shields. Made of 100% KEVLAR fibre of a type specially designed for the product. With very high strength and low elongation, the products made of THORAX fabric protect against gunshots, knife attacks, and stabbing. It is primarily intended for the production of protective vests for the army, police, other uniformed services, and security agencies. The use of resin-coated THORAX fabric in the construction of the vests guarantees a high level of safety for the user.
