The automated cutting machine provides a head positioning accuracy of 0.05 mm and a cutter drive accuracy of 0.01 mm, achieving very high precision and repeatability and minimal material waste.
The template for preparing the layout can be provided to us in any form. Thanks to modern component design software, we are able to digitise even traditional paper sewing patterns. Before cutting, the material is lagged, allowing even several layers to be cut out at the same time.
We also offer cylindrical cutting. This method allows materials to be cut using a die.
