• Tyre Cord Fabrics are made of Magfil Nylon & Polyester Monofilament yarns give higher rigidity, which give the vehicle better handling & stability and are helpful to maintain the shape of the tyre.
• They are used as reinforcements in tyres to give them strength & durability, give support the weight of the vehicle and significant effect on the performance of the tyres.
• High Tenacity Polyester Magfil Yarns gives better abrasion, resists acids & moisture.

Chafer Fabrics

• Chafer Fabrics made of Magfil Monofilaments are specialty fabrics primarily made of our Nylon 6 or Nylon 66, used in the manufacturing of tyres to protect the side walls of the tyre from the chaffing effect caused by the bead wires and the tyre rim.
• These Chafer Fabrics can be used in all kinds of tires be it passenger tires or light and heavy duty truck / bus tires or aircraft tire besides industrial and agricultural tires.
• They protect the tire from damages during fitting or removal operations by rim and wheel assembly; also by the tools used during these operations.
• The tire bead area from chafing effects and damages caused by rim.
