All disabled-access sanitary facilities on the exhibition grounds can be unlocked with a Euro WC key. This service is part of a Europe-wide scheme for disabled access that is in place in more than 6,700 different locations. If you aren’t already in possession of this key, please contact our service personnel in the hall and they will be happy to unlock the WC for you.
If you are entitled to a Euro key on the grounds of your disability,
there are two ways to obtain one.
During major trade fairs, you can purchase a Euro key in the Messe
Frankfurt Business Center (Torhaus, level 3). Our information hotline for

Outside the trade fairs, the Euro key can be ordered from the CBF Club (Club
for the Disabled and their Friends) in Darmstadt, Germany. You can have the key
sent to you in Germany or another country.
