European disabled toilet key
All disabled-access sanitary facilities on the exhibition grounds can be
unlocked with a Euro WC key.
This service is part of a Europe-wide scheme for
disabled access that is in place in more than 6,700 different locations.
If you
aren’t already in possession of this key, please contact our service personnel
in the hall and they will be happy to unlock the WC for you.
Obtaining a Euro WC key
If you would like to obtain a Euro-WC key and are in possession of the necessary authorisation two options are available to you:
You can purchase a key from the Messe Frankfurt Business Center (Torhaus level 3) at larger fairs. Our hotline for people with disabilities will be happy to give you more information.

Other than at fairs, Euro WC keys can be obtained from the CBF in Darmstadt (Club Behinderter und ihrer Freunde). They will send a key to your German or foreign address.
